    FP-X Flywheel Driven


    X type is directly driven by flywheel, so running speed is fast, forging materials and mold contact time is shortened, so mold service life is improved; due to simplified transmission mechanism, failure rate is reduced, and maintenance cost is greatly lowered.
     


     




    The design makes sliding gap variation be reduced to a minimum, and long guide rail design enhances overall rigidity and eccentric load capacity, so more suitable for precision multi-station forging operations.

    2. New-type suspension design can ensure running smoothly without deflection of flywheel and large gear, greatly reducing the noise generated when gear is in operation and improving gear service life.

     Semi-hermetic Clutch Mechanism

    The semi-hermetic clutch mechanism guides external cooling air into clutch through rotary motion, increasing heat dissipation effect and effectively reducing internal operating temperature of clutch, increasing contact area of lining sheets, enhancing clutch transmission torque, and at the same time prolonging service life of lining sheets.





    Ultra High Rigidity Machine Frame

    1. Strength of four steel plates on top of machine frame is strengthened to make it present an arched shape, enhancing machine frame rigidity and reducing machine frame deformation, at the same time sharing eccentric shaft load and reducing impact force on machine frame to protect eccentric shaft to avoid the occurrence of fracture.

     

    2. The structure of machine frame is optimized, enhancing machine frame rigidity and reducing internal stress load, so more suitable for heavy duty forging operations.

    LP Linkmo Tion Presses

    "LP" link press can be first move the slide toward the work piece at high speed and get work done at low speed before quickly retrieving the slide.  As the slide slows down upon moving to the walking zone during the stroke, the vibration, noise, and heat generated from the friction between the workpiece are much less when compared with other brand crank presses. Consequently, die molding service life is prolonged and operating environment is improved as well. Further, upon drawing, the effective working area is wider than crank press, thus reducing the time of the pressing processes. For example conventional cross – shift press require 2-3 processes to complete the deep joint, while the “LP” only needs 1-2 processes .  This even increase the rigid of workpieces. Production rates are not adversely affected by the change of stroking rates.
